Die Lottery beginnt am 2.Oktober 2008 um (noon ET) 18 Uhr MEZ und ended am 1.Dezember 2008 um (noon ET) 18 Uhr MEZ. Antragsteller können an der Lotterie auf der folgenden Webseite teilnehmen:
An der DV-2010 können diesmal auch Bürger von Kosovo und Russland teilnehmen.

“The Diversity Visa (DV) lottery will open for DV-2010 entries on October 2, 2008 (noon, EST) and end on December 1, 2008 (noon, EST). For DV-2010, Kosovo was added and Russia has been restored to the list of eligible countries.
